Mentorship in organisation
We establish practical preconditions for the selection and engagement of mentors in the organisations. We intensify the skills of the future mentors to motivate and communicate with people. We practise the skills of being effectual in interaction with people; we develop different ways of communicating knowledge.
We define the expectations of mentors and specify their ideas and willingness. With creating a circle of mentors, specific supporting structures are established for new employees in the organisation.

We define the expectations of mentors and specify their ideas and willingness. With creating a circle of mentors, specific supporting structures are established for new employees in the organisation.
Result:
- The participants have acquired the know-how in the field of supervision and development as well as practical methods to implement their knowledge.
- Future mentors understand the need for feedback and have acquired an integral perceptive of the necessity to engage the future employee efficiently and to ensure continuous motivation for him. The participants have understood that mentor is not a problem solver but a supporting individual in an organisation consulting the employee and helping him to reach his own solutions.
