Team adventure training
The goal of the adventurous training is to develop and highlight teamwork in a different way. That will be done in an active, adventurous, creative and playful manner in fresh air in a place suitable for you.
We wish to cultivate the sense of “secure back” in an organization; find and stress similarities among the specialists of different fields (managers, secretaries, accountants, sellers, officials, project managers etc). The additional goal of the training is to recognize and acknowledge employees for the work done and improve the inside communication of the organization. We strengthen the sense of empathy of the team as the whole.
After the adventure training an analysis is done with all the participants. The participants analyse and find connections between the adventure trail and everyday work-life. This will lead to noticing the support of each other in the team as well as appreciating each other in an organisation. A better understanding towards the responsibility and range of tasks of the manager is established.
Result:

- Participants gather that a team is as strong as is their weakest link. The team is able to try harder.
- The team is able to communicate more freely between different levels. Very strong preconditions for disappearance of communication barriers have been established.
- The participants feel motivating acknowledgement by the leaders of the organization.
