Effective Management
What is management and what kind of result we expect from our managers? How to set goals and how to evaluate the results? What makes a manager a manager and can a manager be an actual leader of the team?
This is practical development training for those that are engaged in people management.
 
Result:
  • Participants are able to handle the elements of management (motivation, training, discipline, control) systematically and are able to implement those elements efficiently in their work.
  • Participants understand their role in the organisation and notice new possibilities for increasing work efficiency and preventing (decreasing) time loss in their teams.
  • Managers can control themselves in conflicting situations, implement empathy and empower themselves.
  • The ability of the participants to give feedback has grown, also the ability to select information, prevent stress and burnout.

During the period of 10th of February 2010 until 31st of January 2011 the Start-up and Development Grant of Enterprise Estonia helped OÜ Rakvere Loovuskeskus to implement marketing activities and create the webpage. The project is co-financed by European Social Fund.
