The goal of the course is to support a specific organisation in the compilation of its development plan or strategy. We will follow the process step by step through a practical training course during which also suitable financing possibilities for implementing the goals set forth by the development plan, are considered.
During the course, the most important questions of compiling the development plan are discussed and the participants receive all necessary information about compiling the draft version of the development plan or improving the existing one.
 

Result:
Participants have received valuable knowledge about the compilation of the development plan of their organisation. By the end of the course, the participants will have compiled a draft version of the development plan. They have received specific action plans for elaboration, validation and maintaining the development plan.
